As a guide, I offer the ability to help you weave together insights of Spiritual Formation, Bowen-Friedman Natural System Theory, Constellation Work, and Worshipful Work, to support your thinking “outside the box” along “the way.”

 

My experience tells me to start with leadership…the pastor!  …Or/Also, the leadership team. Usually offered as an initial series of three meetings or conversations, we would access and move forward from there.

Faith communities I have worked with in this way include Village Church ELCA, Marshall UMC, Tippecanoe Presbyterian  Church, Winnebago Presbytery Transformation Task Force as well as their Youth Retreats, Wisconsin Council of Churches Youth Retreats, the Wisconsin United Methodist Conference “Faith Alive.”
